In September of 2019, the greatest moment of my life happened when I became a first time mom to my beautiful daughter. Two weeks later, the greatest thing happened ( sorry, husband ) --- I was connected to Melissa as a night NCS. It is thanks to her kindness wisdom, and guidance that I, my husband, and my baby had such a successful postpartum experience. From the moment I met Melissa, I was totally at ease. She is an expert at her craft, and she handled and cared for Matilda as if she were her own baby. She helped our baby develop good sleep habits while also teaching my husband and I essentials skills that are still serving us today, 9 months later. Not only was Melissa an utmost professional when it came to caring for our little girl, but she went above and beyond in helping to take care of our seemingly endless baby laundry, bottles, dishes, and general tidying up of the house. This extra help was a literal godsend. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Melissa. I think the highest compliment that I can give is to say that I felt 100% safe entrusting our baby with her. It was thanks to feeling of safety that my husband and I were able to get true rest,I could have better recover postpartum, and Matilda was in good hands learning necessary sleep habits.Melissa is the best of the best at what she does, and we still miss her to this day!
